You can give a notice to the Registrar by posting it to a designated Land Registry Office. You can also give a notice by fax, email, or from an electronic workspace facility if the Registrar says that is okay. You can deliver it to a Land Registry Office by courier or use any other method the law says you can use. You need to check if there is a special way you have to give the notice. The Registrar will tell you the address of the Land Registry Office in the Gazette and on the internet. The Registrar will also tell you other ways you can give a notice, like on a website, if they think that is a good idea. You can find more information about this by looking at s 240C or the Statutes Amendment Act 2025.
