28Persons authorised to certify electronic instruments

  1. The following persons are the only persons who may certify electronic instruments for the purposes of this Act:

  2. practitioners:
    1. a person of a class authorised by regulations to certify electronic instruments.
      1. Regulations may specify that a class of persons is authorised to certify all electronic instruments or electronic instruments of a specified class.

      2. A person (including a practitioner) must not certify an electronic instrument while the person's authority to give a certificate is revoked under section 29.
