196Purpose of this subpart

  1. The purpose of this subpart is to continue, with appropriate modification, provisions of Part 12 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 in relation to estates in land for which limited certificates of title have been issued following the bringing of the land under—

  2. that Act pursuant to Part 12 of that Act; or
    1. the Land Transfer Act 1915 pursuant to the Land Transfer (Compulsory Registration of Titles) Act 1924.
