151Effect of Registrar's caveat

  1. As long as a Registrar's caveat remains entered on the register, the Registrar must not register an instrument or record any matter in the register unless the Registrar is satisfied that the registration or recording will not prejudice the person in whose favour the caveat has been lodged.
