171Land to which this subpart applies

  1. This subpart applies to land that—

  2. is not subject to this Act; and
    1. is not Māori land as defined in section 4 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993; and
      1. has been alienated or contracted to be alienated by the Crown by Crown grant or other instrument.
