You need a Registrar-General of Land. This person is appointed under the Public Service Act 2020. You cannot appoint someone who is not a barrister and solicitor of the High Court as Registrar-General of Land. When the Registrar-General of Land does their job, they must think about certain goals. These goals are to have an efficient system for registering land dealings, to stop fraud, to make people trust the land titles system, and to keep the register accurate.
