You can make a claim under the Land Transfer Act 2017. If your claim is not too big, the Registrar can decide to pay it without you going to court. They can pay the whole claim or just part of it from a Crown Bank Account. If your claim is bigger, the Attorney-General and the Registrar can decide to pay it without you going to court. They can pay the whole claim or just part of it from a Crown Bank Account. You do not need to start a court case for the claim to be paid, as long as the Registrar or the Attorney-General and the Registrar agree to it.
