31Effect of certification for electronic instrument

  1. On registration, an electronic instrument certified under section 27

  2. is to be treated as having been made in writing and executed by every party specified for the purpose in regulations; and
    1. has effect according to its terms.
      1. Nothing in any enactment or rule of law relating to the execution, signing, witnessing, or attestation of instruments applies to an electronic instrument certified under section 27.
