121Protection of Registrar

  1. The Registrar is entitled, without making any further inquiries, to—

  2. register a charge under section 118 on the basis of the information contained in the notice:
    1. release a charge under section 120 on the basis of the information—
      1. contained in a certificate under subsection (2) of that section; or
        1. provided by the applicant under subsection (3) of that section.
