197Meaning of limited certificate of title

  1. For the purpose of this subpart, limited certificate of title means a certificate of title for an estate in land that—

  2. is limited as to parcels or title, or both; and
    1. was issued under—
      1. the Land Transfer Act 1952 pursuant to section 167(2) or Part 12 of that Act; or
        1. the Land Transfer Act 1915 pursuant to the Land Transfer (Compulsory Registration of Titles) Act 1924.
