181Registration of applicant

  1. The Registrar must register the applicant as the owner of the estate to which the application relates if—

  2. the applicant has complied with this subpart; and
    1. the Registrar has given all required notices; and
      1. no caveat has been lodged under section 174, or any caveat lodged under that section has lapsed or been withdrawn; and
        1. there is no reason to prevent the Registrar from doing so.
