125Registrar may require plan

  1. The Registrar may require a person who lodges a licence for registration to lodge a plan for deposit that identifies—

  2. the flat or office comprised in the licence in relation to—
    1. the land in the record of title; and
      1. the building containing the flat or office; and
        1. if the Registrar requires it, other flats or offices in the building; and
        2. every garage, outbuilding, or other structure and every passage, stairway, or other facility of the building of which the flat or office forms part that the licensee has a right to use; and
          1. any land the licensee has the right to use that adjoins the building.
