71Requirement to have spatial plan committee

  1. The local authorities of each region must work together to provide terms of reference to a committee to perform or exercise the functions, duties, and powers of a spatial plan committee under this Act.

  2. A spatial plan committee may be—

  3. appointed in accordance with the Local Government Act 2002; or
    1. an existing committee established under legislation.
