If a proposed plan needs a further evaluation report under clause 26 or 27 of Schedule 3, you need to know it is only required for significant changes made to the plan. You will not need a further evaluation report if the significant change is replacing a bespoke plan provision with a standardised plan provision. A further evaluation report must be prepared in accordance with section 87(1) and (2) and contain the right amount of detail for the changes. A further evaluation report is needed when significant changes are made to a proposed plan. You must prepare the report as stated in section 87(1) and (2). The report must have enough detail to match the scale and significance of the changes. You should look at clause 26 or 27 of Schedule 3 to see when a further evaluation report is required for a proposed plan. The report is prepared in a certain way to ensure it meets the requirements. It must also have the right level of detail to show the changes made to the plan.
