94Requirements for making area subject to temporary and future provisions

  1. If a plan or proposed plan provides that an area is subject to temporary and future provisions, the plan or proposed plan must—

  2. include rules that set requirements that, if met, will enable the territorial authority to give public notice that the future provisions apply to the area; and
