205Minister may direct commencement of review

  1. The Minister may direct a territorial authority to commence a review of the whole or any part of its land use plan and, if they do so, must specify a reasonable period within which the review must commence.

  2. For the purpose of subsection (1), section 99(2) to (4) applies to the review with any necessary modification.
