90Requirements for further justification reports

  1. A further justification report required under clause 26 or 27 of Schedule 3 for a proposed plan—

  2. is required only for any significant changes that have been made to, or are proposed for, a bespoke plan provision or a provision on a specified topic since the relevant justification report or a previous further justification report was completed; but
    1. is not required if the significant change is the replacement of a bespoke plan provision with a standardised plan provision.
      1. A further justification report must—

      2. be prepared in accordance with section 87(1) and (2); and
        1. contain a level of detail that corresponds to the scale and significance of the changes for which the report is required.
