158Commencement of consent

  1. A planning consent that has been granted commences—

  2. when the time for lodging an application for review or an appeal against the grant of the consent expires and no application or appeal has been lodged; or
    1. if an application for a review or an appeal has been lodged,—
      1. when the Planning Tribunal determines the review or the application is withdrawn; or
        1. when the Environment Court determines the appeals or all appellants withdraw their appeals; or
        2. on a later date stated in the consent or any other date determined by the Planning Tribunal or Environment Court.
          1. However, this section is subject to sections 159 to 162.
