If you are disqualified from driving under section 124, some rules from the Land Transport Act 1998 will apply to you. These rules are about what happens when you are disqualified from driving. They cover things like when your disqualification starts and how you can get a limited licence.

If you are disqualified, you will have to follow the rules in sections 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, and 87 of the Land Transport Act 1998. You will also have to follow the rules in sections 99, 103, 104, 105, and 107. You might also have to follow the rule in section 65AC about alcohol interlock sentences.
