You could also call this:

"Programmes: Activities to help you while on intensive supervision"

Illustration for Sentencing Act 2002

When you are on intensive supervision, you might have to take part in a programme. A programme can be many things, such as getting psychiatric or counselling help, or attending a medical or therapeutic programme. You might also have to go to a programme that helps you with education, employment, or rehabilitation.

You could be placed in the care of a person, people, or an agency that the Department of Corrections approves. This could be an iwi, hapū, or whānau, a marae, an ethnic or cultural group, or a religious group. The chief executive of the Department of Corrections decides who is approved to care for you, as stated in section 54G.

This is all part of what is meant by a programme when you are on intensive supervision.
