If you have an order that says you must appear for sentence if called upon, this section applies to you. This is for orders made under section 21 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 that were still in force before the commencement date. The order keeps working as if it were made under section 110.

The order will stop working on the date it would have stopped if this Act had not been enacted. You are still required to follow the order until it stops working. This means you must appear for sentence if you are called upon to do so.

You need to know when the order will stop working so you can follow the rules.
