If you are given a sentence of intensive supervision, you must follow the conditions. You commit an offence if you fail to comply with any condition without a reasonable excuse. This can also happen if you fail to report when required to do so under section 78 or section 80. If you commit this offence, you can be imprisoned for up to 6 months or fined up to $1,500. You will be convicted if you are found guilty of this offence.
