When a court is deciding what conditions to impose on you, it can add special conditions related to a programme. This happens if the court thinks you might offend again and that the usual conditions won't be enough to stop you. The court must also believe that you need a programme to help you stop offending and to rehabilitate and reintegrate you into society.
