If you are looking at sections 86K to 86T in the Sentencing Act 2002, you need to know that these sections are important. They override other parts of the Sentencing Act 2002 or the Parole Act 2002 if there is a conflict. When there is a conflict, the provision in sections 86K to 86T prevails over the other provision, but only to the extent of the inconsistency.
