Sentencing Act 2002

Sentences, orders, and related matters - Miscellaneous, transitional, and savings provisions - Transitional and savings provisions

159: Non-association orders, disqualification from driving, and confiscation of vehicles imposed under Criminal Justice Act 1985

You could also call this:

"Rules about not associating with people, losing your driver's licence, or giving up your vehicle still apply"

Illustration for Sentencing Act 2002

If you have a non-association order, or you are disqualified from driving, or you have to give up your vehicle because of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, it will still apply. This is because the Sentencing Act 2002 says that any of these orders that were already in place will continue as if they were made under the new rules, which are in subpart 5. You can find more information about subpart 5 by looking at the subpart 5 section.
