Sentencing Act 2002

Sentences, orders, and related matters - Offender levy and victims' services bank account

105F: Distribution of money in account

You could also call this:

"Money in an account can be paid to certain organisations by the Secretary."

The Secretary can pay money from an account to an approved agency. You might wonder what an approved agency is, but the law does not explain this here. The Secretary can do this from time to time, using money that is already in the account.
