288Extended time for disclosure for trustees, executors, and administrators

  1. If a person is required to comply with section 276, 277, or 279 merely because the person is the trustee of a testamentary trust or the executor or administrator of the estate of a deceased person,—

  2. the time limit for disclosure in that section does not apply; and
    1. the disclosure must instead be given before the expiry of 14 days after the grant of administration under the Administration Act 1969.
