  1. This Part provides for fair dealing in relation to financial products and financial services as follows:

  2. sections 19 to 33 prohibit misleading or deceptive conduct, the making of false or misleading representations, and the making of unsubstantiated representations:
    1. sections 34 to 37 prohibit offers of financial products in the course of unsolicited meetings.
