If you have a licence, you can ask the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) to change some of the conditions on your licence. You need to ask the FMA in the way they say you should. For example, you might want to change what services you can provide or who can provide them. You can ask the FMA to use their power under section 403(1)(b) to make these changes. When you ask, you must give the FMA the information they need to decide on your request.

  2. A licensee must provide to the FMA the information that is required by the FMA to assist it in determining the application.
