The FMA has to write a report about their review of market operator obligations. You can find out more about this review in section 338. The FMA must give this report to the Minister and the licensed market operator as soon as they can after doing the review.

The FMA also has to give the report to the Minister and the licensed market operator within 3 months after the licensed market operator gives its own report to the FMA, which is explained in section 337. The FMA will publish the report on their website.

The FMA might leave out some information from the report if they think there is a good reason to keep it secret, based on the Official Information Act 1982.
