When you want to look at a register, it must be available for you to inspect. You need to give the issuer written notice that you want to inspect the register. The register must be available at the place where it is kept, between 9 am and 5 pm on working days.

The register must also be available for you to inspect in a certain way, if that way is prescribed. You can find more information about this in section 221. The rules for inspecting the register are set out for you to follow.
