When a declaration is made under this part of the law, it does not affect financial products that were issued or transferred before the declaration started. You need to know that the declaration only applies to financial products issued or transferred after it started. The declaration also has its own terms and conditions that explain how it applies to transitional matters, which means how it affects things that were already happening when the declaration was made.
