461UMiscellaneous provision relating to application

  1. Nothing in this Part requires a climate reporting entity to ensure the completion of climate statements or group climate statements and the lodgement of those climate statements in relation to an accounting period that ended before the accounting period in which that person became a climate reporting entity.
