76When register entry may be amended

  1. An issuer of financial products offered under a regulated offer may give notice to the Registrar to amend the register entry in order to—

  2. correct a false or misleading statement in the register entry; or
    1. correct an omission from the register entry of information it is required to contain by this Act or the regulations; or
      1. update, or add to, the information contained in the register entry.
