390: When providers of other market services may be licensed

You could also call this:

"Who can get a licence to provide special financial services?"

You can get a market services licence to provide certain services. You can get a licence to act as a provider of prescribed intermediary services, like a person-to-person lending intermediary or a crowd funding intermediary. You can also get a licence to act as an administrator of a financial benchmark.

You should check clause 6 of Schedule 1 for rules about offers through licensed intermediaries. You should also check subparts 4 and 5 of this Part for other rules that may apply to these services. These rules can help you understand what you need to do to provide these services.
