Illustration for Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013

When a court makes an order under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, it can decide the terms and conditions of that order. You can think of terms and conditions like rules that must be followed. The court has the power to make these decisions because it is in charge of making sure the law is applied fairly. The court can also change or cancel an order it has already made, and it can do this on the terms and conditions it thinks are right. If you want to learn more about how this law compares to other laws, you can look at the 1978 No 103 s 65E and the 1988 No 234 s 43Z to see how they are similar or different.
