107Requirements for further evaluation reports

  1. A further evaluation report required under clause 26 or 27 of Schedule 3 of the Planning Act 2025 for a proposed plan—

  2. is required only for any significant changes that have been made to, or are proposed for, the proposed plan since the relevant evaluation report or previous further evaluation report was completed; but
    1. is not required if the significant change is the replacement of a bespoke plan provision with a standardised plan provision.
      1. A further evaluation report must—
