If a proposed plan needs a further evaluation report under clause 26 or 27 of Schedule 3 of the Planning Act 2025, you need to know it is only required for significant changes made to the plan. 107Requirements for further evaluation reports

  1. A further evaluation report required under clause 26 or 27 of Schedule 3 of the Planning Act 2025 for a proposed plan—

  2. is required only for any significant changes that have been made to, or are proposed for, the proposed plan since the relevant evaluation report or previous further evaluation report was completed; but
    1. is not required if the significant change is the replacement of a bespoke plan provision with a standardised plan provision.

      1. A further evaluation report must—

      2. be prepared in accordance with section 106(1) to (4); and
        1. contain a level of detail that corresponds to the scale and significance of the changes.
