You are proposing to do an activity that follows a permitted activity rule. This rule says you must register the activity, as explained in section 39. You need to tell the permit authority in writing that you plan to do the activity. You must include some information with your notice. This includes how you will meet any conditions set by the rule. You must also provide any other information the rule requires. The permit authority will look at your notice and decide if you will meet the rule. They must tell you their decision within 10 working days. If the authority decides you will meet the rule, they must register your activity. They will also monitor your activity to ensure you follow the rule.
