You will be able to find information about what a local authority or the EPA can do on their website. They must put information about their jobs, what they have to do, and what powers they have on a website that you can access for free. They also have to publish a list of times when they took action and someone was found guilty or a court made an order. You will be able to see decisions about enforceable undertakings on their website too. This includes what the undertaking says and why they decided to accept it. The local authority or the EPA must make this information available to you online. The website will have a register of enforcement activities and decisions about enforceable undertakings. This means you can look at what the local authority or the EPA is doing and see how they make decisions. You can access this information for free on their website.
