216Powers of Minister

  1. In addition to the powers set out in this subpart, the Minister may exercise the powers set out in sections 201, 202, 204, and 207 of the Planning Act 2025 as if they applied in relation to this Act and with all necessary modifications.

  2. The exercise of the powers under subsection (1) is subject to any applicable requirements set out in section 206 of the Planning Act 2025.
