Customer and Product Data Act 2025

Administrative matters - Chief executive may approve persons to have principal role in developing standards

103: Approved person must provide annual report on activities

You could also call this:

"Approved person writes a yearly report about their work and shares it with everyone"

You need to write a report every year if you're an approved person. This report should cover what you did in the last 12 months. You have to write about two main things: how you made standards and any other jobs you did that are mentioned in section 99(1) of the law. You must give this report to the chief executive when they ask for it and in the way they want it.

In your report, you can also suggest changes to the law, rules, or standards if you think of any while doing your work.

After you give your report to the chief executive, they will put it on the internet for everyone to see. They'll use a website that belongs to the Ministry or one that works for the Ministry.
