You could also call this:
“Reminder notices must follow rules and contain important information”
Under this proposed law, if you get a reminder notice about an infringement, it needs to look a certain way. The government will decide exactly how it should look and what information it needs to have. The reminder notice must have the same, or nearly the same, details as the original infringement notice you got. This helps make sure you have all the important information about the infringement, even if you’ve lost or forgotten about the first notice.
