Customer and Product Data Act 2025

Regulated data services - Additional obligations - Requirements for requests, providing services, and making information available

34: Requirements in regulations or standards for accredited requestors to make information available

You could also call this:

"Rules for sharing information by people allowed to ask for it"

You need to know about rules for people who are allowed to ask for information. These rules can be set out in regulations or standards. They explain how these people must share information with others.

The rules can say what information needs to be shared. They can also say when the information needs to be shared. This might be at certain times or when certain things happen.

The rules can also say how the information should be shared. This includes how it should be shown, worked out, or prepared.

These rules are part of a law called the Customer and Product Data Act 2025. They help make sure that information is shared in the right way.
