Customer and Product Data Act 2025

Administrative matters - Chief executive may approve persons to have principal role in developing standards

101: Chief executive may change terms and conditions or revoke approval at any time

You could also call this:

"Boss can change rules or take away permission anytime"

The chief executive can change the rules or take away someone's approval whenever they want. They don't need a reason to do this.

If the chief executive wants to change the rules or take away approval, they need to tell the person in writing. This could be for all or just some of the things the person was approved to do.

After the chief executive makes this decision, they have to let everyone know. They do this by putting a notice in the Gazette, which is like a special government newspaper. They also have to put the notice on a website that the Ministry runs or has someone run for them.
