125Restriction on publication, disclosure, or use

  1. If information is provided to a person or an agency under this subpart, the person or agency may publish, disclose, or use the information only if the publication, disclosure, or use—

  2. is authorised by the chief executive and is in accordance with any conditions imposed by the chief executive; or
    1. is for the purposes of, or in connection with, the functions, powers, or duties of a person under any legislation.
