This page is about a bill. That means that it's not the law yet, but some people want it
to be the law. It could change quickly, and some of the information is just a draft.

Administrative matters - Register
122: Contents of register that is available to data holders and accredited requestors (other than information publicly available under section 121)
You could also call this:
“What special people can see in the government's secret list”
The new law might say that there will be a special list with important information. This list is called a register. The government will decide what information goes in this register. They’ll write these rules in a separate document called regulations.
You won’t be able to see everything in this register. Some parts will only be for certain people. These people are called data holders and accredited requestors. They’re special because they’re allowed to see more information than everyone else.
The person in charge, called the chief executive, has to make sure these special people can easily find and use the information they’re allowed to see. This is to help them do their jobs properly.
Remember, this is just a plan for a new law. It hasn’t been approved yet, so things might change before it becomes a real law.
123: Sharing of information with certain law enforcement or regulatory agencies, or
“Sharing important information with special government teams to help them do their job”
