73Liabilities not affected by ceasing to act as licensee

  1. The obligations and liabilities under this Act for anything done or omitted to be done by the licensee of a Customs-controlled area while licensed are not affected by the fact—

  2. that the licensee ceases to act as a licensee; or
    1. that the licence is revoked, suspended, or surrendered.
