195Securing goods on craft

  1. A Customs officer boarding or searching any craft in New Zealand under section 191 may, for the purpose of carrying out a function under this Act,—

  2. secure goods on board that craft by appropriate means; or
    1. remove goods on board that craft to a secure place.
