8Application of Act to foreign Government ships

  1. Nothing in this Act or in any enactment made under this Act limits the immunities of the following:

  2. any foreign warship:
    1. any other foreign governmental ship operated for non-commercial purposes:
      1. any foreign military aircraft:
        1. members of the crew of any ship or aircraft to which paragraphs (a) to (c) apply.
