If you are on a craft arriving in New Zealand, you must follow the rules. You commit an offence if you do not comply with section 19, which is about what you must do when you arrive. If you break this rule, you can be fined up to $5,000 if you are found guilty. You can find more information about this rule by looking at section 191 of another law. This law applies to everyone, except Customs officers, who have special jobs and rules to follow.
